                                          Our Practice

 

Dr. Kudyba and Dr. Throw use an evidence based approach geared to promoting long term patient rehabilitation and self management. Their approach includes chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work including dry needling, cupping therapy and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and corrective exercises such as neurodynamics and the McKenzie method.

Christopher Kudyba, DC, Cert. MDT, CCSP

Christopher is a chiropractic physician who graduated from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard. Chris enjoys treating all various ailments to the musculoskeletal system especially those of active individuals.  

 

He uses various evidence-based approaches in his treatment including Dry Needling, Mckenzie Method, Cupping therapy, Dry Needling, Manual Therapy and Rehabilitative exercises.

Acupuncture is another treatment that he uses for non musculoskeletal issues such as stress/anxiety, insomnia, digestive irregularities and dermatological problems.

When not in the clinic Chris loves to spend time with his family and friends.  He is married to Angie and they have three kids: Caroline, Alice, and Charlie.

Chris is an active person who enjoys all sports especially football.

Jesse Throw, DC

 

Jesse is a chiropractic physician who graduated from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard. Jesse enjoys treating anyone who walks in the door, but is particularly interested in sport-specific injuries as well as pregnancy-related complaints (pre- and post- partum).

 

He uses various evidence-based approaches in his treatment including Dry Needling, Mckenzie Method, Neurodynamics, Manual Therapy and Rehabilitative exercises.

 

When not in the clinic Jesse loves to spend time with his family and friends, and will never let his body stay still whether it be weight training or various sports, you name it! Jesse knows the area well after growing up in Saint Charles and attending Wheaton College where he served as an athletic trainer, and cannot wait to give back to the community.
